Lauryn Siako miraculously survived the horrific bus accident which happened on the 28th of March 2024. The incident occurred when the bus, carrying members of the St. Engenas ZCC from Molepolole, Botswana, to Moria for the Easter Pilgrimage in Podingwana, veered off a cliff near Mmamatlakala, between Mokopane and Marken in Limpopo, before bursting into flames.
Lauryn Siako, who was with her grandmother at the time of the accident, emerged as the only sole survivor from the devastating accident. She was admitted to Mokopane Hospital with severe injuries, including temporary memory loss.
Landing Home Safe
Lauryn Siako’s discharge from the hospital follows a visit by the Limpopo Department of Health MEC, Dr. Phophi Ramathuba, and Botswana’s High Commissioner, Dr. Sanji Monageng, on Saturday.
